New York LIU technical services LLC is a technical service company specialized in mobile device mainboard repair. Our New York office has two stories and about 1000 sq. space.  Our main business operations are in mobile device repairs and sales. Our repair service is top notch with advanced chip level repair on Apple and Samsung products. Our sales channel has been established through our business dealing with many retail outlets, repair shops and re-manufacturing factories.

Since June 2017, we started carrying Chinese brand smartphones like Xiaomi and OPPO with very positive result from our sales channels.  We decided to carry Huawei smartphones based on feedback from our market survey.  Our office here is still growing steadily with the backing of our main investor Huizhou Wanda Communication Company Limited also known as Wanda Digital with 21 years experience in cell phone industry in China and 2017 capital value of 170 Million RMB. When we first started our company 3 years ago, we were working closely with remanufacturing factories and participated in training and establishing repair standard procedures.  In 2nd year of our operation we started providing technical support and repair service tailored towards other repair shops along with servicing our own retail customers.  Due to frequent customer requests, we started offering one on one training on mainboard repairs.  So far we have trained 12 students and they operate repair shops in different parts of country and one of them in Canada. We see the huge potential in main board repair training and we are in the process of establishing online training website to offer training to more customers in a more effective way. Combining with off line training, we could expand our service network exponentially. Right now we provide parts wholesale, new and used smart devices along with our repair service to our network of customers.

By leveraging our resources in China and with our strong technical skills and problem solving capabilities we will be able to grow our business in repair training, wholesale of parts and devices and repair services with a focus of Chinese made devices. As of now we have worked with 90 repair shops/retail outlets and among them 40 have become business partners. We identified 8 of them with showroom capability to be candidates for potential retail outlets for new brand. So we have a solid base to start offering Huawei products by not just product sales but also after sale services.

We have 3 full time service technicians and 10 part time technicians in our office with extensive main board repair tools and equipment. Within our network, we have close to 100 service technicians. Our equipment including 6 microscopes of which 2 of them binocular microscopes which can be utilized in remote training sessions,  4 complete sets of fully equipped main board repair workstation and one customized automatic BGA Rework Station with our own patent.  We service different mobile devices including laptops, tablets, smartphones, drones and apple watches.

We also offer screen refurbish service through our remanufacturing partners. The facility in New York has been certified by Apple and BestBuy.
